Our Santa home is unlike any other. With accommodations for elves, visitors and even his reindeer. This magical wonderland was always thought to be non-existing but ho-ho-hold on to your hats because Santa’s digs are for real. Imagine binge-watching holiday movies and nom nom nomming on cookies in Santa Claus’ house!!! 🎅 😉.
A toy lovers paradise nestled on 25 idyllic acres at the North Pole and that is steeped in Old World charm, perfect for spirited reindeer games.
The North Pole
The destination may be hard for most of us to reach. If you are lucky enough you can hitch a ride on his sleigh pulled by 8 tiny reindeer with Rudolph guiding the way!
The Santa home constructed back in the 1800’s of gorgeous old growth timber logged on site. It is steeped in Old World charm but offers many modern amenities thanks to the 2013 renovation.
The Santa home was built in 1822 but was remodeled in 2013. It was designed for a single family but is very spacious for over night guests or elves that drink too much eggnog and need to stay over.
Mrs. Claus warms herself by the fire as she sits and knits warm scarfs, mittens and hats for the elves and children around the world. You may of received a set from her a few times and not known it was her that created them!
This entryway leads to the living room with a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace for roasting chestnuts. The heat this fireplace puts off will keep Jack Frost from nipping at your nose!
This gourmet kitchen is a baker’s dream with an oven that boasts 12 different cookie settings. And we all know how much Santa loves to eat cookies. He loves to sample all the ones we leave for him on Christmas Eve. But don’t forget the milk for him to wash them down.
Cookies are served directly from oven to table in the adjoining dining room. This wat Mrs. Claus can monitor just how many Ole St. Nick gobbles down!
The Dining Area
Small and quaint yet sufficient enough for the two of them. The extra bench sitting there allows room for the Elves. They don’t get many visitor’s way up on the North Pole.
The Staple In Santa’s House
Mrs. Claus makes sure there is always plenty of milk and cookies to keep her Santa happy. A supply of mini marshmallows for hot cocoa is always in stock.
Mrs. Claus decorates with loving care careful not to over do it. Sometimes less is best.
Boughs of holly deck the hall leading to the master bedroom where Santa and Mrs. Claus sleeps. They have a sprawling mountain view out their window that is breath taking!
Jingle all the way to the two charming guest bedrooms that guarantee visitors are never left out in the cold. They pride themselves with stupendous hospitality!
A set of bunk beds are in one spare room for any elves that need a place to crash for the night.
This Santa home is complete with two bathrooms, a his and a hers!
Tip toe down the hallway o Santa’s quiet study. He gets his solitude here when he needs some alone thinking time.
Here is where Santa carefully reads all the wish lists and letters addresses to Santa from all the boys and girls around the world. Sometimes he acquires the help from Elves but that is a rarity!
Naughty & Nice List
He checks his list, he checks it twice. He needs to know who’s naughty and nice. Which list are you on?
An impressive writing is flanked by the same sewing table Santa used to make the original Teddy Bear. The Teddy Bear seems to be a great stocking stuffer for him!
Substantially built-in shelving stores toy prototypes. Santa gets new toy ideas every year!
Sleigh Parking Garage
Over the river and through the woods in this state-of-the-art toy making facility with work stations for 50 diminutive craftsmen. Nearby is a garage, with Santa’s all weather sleigh to be stored and stables that board 8 live in reindeer plus a bonus stall for that one red nosed reindeer eagerly awaiting for Christmas Eve to get here.
